IF YOU ARE A FOOD TRUCK/FOOD VENDOR - DO NOT SUBMIT THIS REGISTRATION FORM!

Hot/cold food vendor registrations submitted here will be rejected and refunded.  Event day food vendors are by invite only. For consideration, you may send email to: info@johnstownbbqday.org.

Pre-packaged, non-perishable food items are allowed at standard  commercial vendor booths without special designation. This includes  baked goods such as cookies, brownies, and jerky, as well as bottled or  canned items like jams, jellies, salsas, dips, and honey. If you have  any questions, please contact us via the email above.

The purchase of your vendor spot is acknowledgment that you will follow all town and BBQ Day rules and regulations.

Your booth space will be 10 ft x 10 ft in downtown Johnstown on Parish Avenue or Charlotte Street. The vendor event will operate from 11am to 4pm with set-up occuring prior to the event start (9am) and tear down after event end (4pm).

All vendor registrations will be reviewed by the BBQ Day Committee. The Committee reserves the right to deny any booth or vendor.  As we work to offer the best event possible, the most common reasons for vendor denial could include:

  • Business or product does not adhere to our family friendly event standard
  • Product or vendor overlap / duplication
  • Extension of any previous denial

Vendors are responsible for providing all tables, chairs, and tents; electricity will not be provided. Additionally, all tents are required to be anchored by a 40lb or more weight on each leg of the tent. Generators and open flames are NOT allowed.

We do not guarantee any wireless internet connectivity; all vendors should plan accordingly.

Vendor locations will be randomly selected unless a choose your spot VIP add-on is purchased (choose-your-spot is purchased in additional to booth space and are limited to first come first served). If your busienss requires more than one booth spot (10x10), you will need to purchase two (2) registrations. 

All vendors are expected to stay for the entirety of the event; failing to do so will jeopardize future participation in Johnstown BBQ Day.

The Johnstown BBQ Day Committee will be in touch with vendors prior to the event for more information about loading, unloading, and location assignments.
